Northrop Grumman Receives $19+ Million Mod Contract from the DoD for DSP Support


The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation a $19,165,385 modification contract for the agency's Defense Support Program (DSP) for on orbit satellite and anomaly resolution support.

This support provides root-cause analysis as a key component of the lifetime extension of DSP orbital assets, as well as mission event analysis exploitation and design reach back.

Work will be performed in Azusa, California; Aurora, Colorado; and Colorado Springs, Colorado. The work is expected to be completed by September 30, 2019.

No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Total cumulative face value is $100,555,710. Space and Missile Systems Center, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.
