[SatNews] Espial today announced the acquisition of Bluestreak Technologies, a software and services provider of video solutions for connected devices including set-top boxes, smart TVs, smartphones, and tablets thus transforming the viewing experience worldwide. With highly talented teams based in Montreal and Paris, Bluestreak strengthens Espial's expertise in advanced video technologies, software development and integration. Terms and conditions of the acquisition were not disclosed.
