Turin, December 23, 2015 – The spacecraft for the ExoMars 2016 mission, built by Thales Alenia Space, has arrived at the Baikonur launch site in Kazakhstan.The launch is scheduled on March 2016.

The launch campaign will start, including propellant filling, final functional tests and mating with the launcher.

ExoMars is a space exploration program that aims to discover any traces of Life on Mars. Thales Alenia Space is prime contractor on the ExoMars missions, that will generate a huge amount of data, feeding researchers for many years to come.
