Precision Aviation Group Keeps Airways Safer w/Global Distribution Of Guardian Mobility Products

[SatNews] According to the FAA... “123 accidents between 2001 and 2010 could have been identified beforehand if airlines had safety management systems in place...”

Precision Aviation Group, Inc. (PAG), a provider of products and value-added services to the worldwide aerospace and defense industry announced today that the company will offer the entire Guardian portfolio of automated flight following solutions or safety management systems (SMS) from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada based Guardian Mobility Inc., (Guardian) a Knowmadics company globally.

Recently the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mandated that airlines have SMS equipment in place on aircraft by 2018. According to an FAA statistic in a written release on January 8, 2015, “123 accidents between 2001 and 2010 could have been identified beforehand if airlines had safety management systems in place.”  The Guardian line of SMS products meets the criteria for the 2018 mandate.

The Guardian Mobility G3 is reliable, compact, easy to use and inexpensive and helpful for; government contractors who require AFF; and for fleet operators who want to know where their aircraft are at all times.

“The Guardian line of products is a proven solution for flight following, SMS and Guardian share our core values of offering service and solutions to customers and not just products,” said Vice President of Business Development Adrienne Robinson. “They place a high value on the customer experience.  Our technical services division and their products will continue to add value to PAG customers.”

With the new agreement, PAG will support the G3TM automated flight following device, G5TM portable handheld satellite messaging terminal and the G7TM complete Flight Data Management collection and analysis solution.

“PAG’s growth and commitment to excellence is an ideal match for Guardian,” said Guardian Chief Operating Officer Stephane Momy. “Our products offer the latest flight data monitoring, two-way messaging and tracking capabilities.”

“At PAG we are always looking for ways to assist our customers with the latest technology that is driving their business requirements and needs.  We want our customers to have access to equipment that meets the FAA mandated requirements. This new collaboration with Guardian gives our customers access to the Guardian array of products that will allow our customers to make sure their fleets of aircraft are compliant long before the 2018 mandated deadlines,” added Robinson.
