LTE-Advanced is an emerging standard that promises to deliver true 4G speeds and support bigger wireless data payloads.
For such to occur, a number of new technologies such as Carrier Aggregation (CA) and higher-order MIMO are used. These introduce new challenges to test the e-nodeB as new test conditions have been added to the standard to accommodate the new technologies.
On July 26th at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET, Keysight Technologies is going to present their free webinar entitled "Simplifying LTE-A eNB Measurements." To register for this event, please access this direct link...
The one that is perhaps the most challenging is Carrier Aggregation—the mechanism by which the standard is able to achieve the wider transmission bandwidths needed to meet higher data rates.
During this free webcast, Keysight Technologies will examine, in detail, the new configurations used to simplify testing of base stations with carrier aggregation. Also examined will be the ACLR & SEM measurements which have been modified to reflect the changes brought in by carrier aggregation.
