CASBAA’s Annual General Meeting of its 130 Member companies saw the election of Alexandre Muller, Managing Director, TV5MONDE Asia Pacific to its Board of Directors (BoD). The Association’s Annual General Meeting was held in Hong Kong at the conclusion of the CASBAA Convention 2012. 

Additionally, new Corporate Members elected to the Council of Governors (CoG) include Ted McFarland, VP, Business Development, Global Communications Group, Orbital Sciences Corporation; and Frank Rittman, VP, General Counsel & Deputy Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, Motion Picture Association.

“The Board of Directors and the Council of Governors are the backbone of CASBAA, playing a crucial role in the governance and direction of the Association,” said Marcel Fenez, Chairman, CASBAA. “The addition of Alex Muller, Ted McFarland and Frank Rittman to the BoD and CoG reflects the diversity of the multichannel TV industry across Asia and brings to the Association a wealth of knowledge accumulated through years of industry experience.”
