Sharkey’s Helicopters, a helicopter charter company based out of New Hampshire, has utilized the SkyWeb fleet management system from SkyTrac Systems on all six of its helicopters to provide premium service to VIP charter clients and to add to overall safety. When Sharkey’s charters a helicopter to a VIP customer, they provide a special one-day logon for the helicopter that will be in service. This allows the customer’s office to know exactly where the aircraft is in real time.

This service provides the information needed to set up ground transportation, move appointments around and do whatever else is needed to dramatically improve their VIP’s experience. This service also positively adds to the customer’s perception. It lets them know that Sharkey’s does care about them and their time and that they are “number 1 in our book.” Being the only company in the area to offer this service has given Sharkey’s many repeat customers and referrals.
