Europe Media Port (EMP) announced the World Teleport Association (WTA) has named it the World’s Fastest Growing Teleport for 2009. EMP leads the organization’s ‘Fast Twenty’ rankings, composed of all teleport-operating companies based on year-over-year revenue growth in their most recent fiscal year. The WTA, a leading organization focusing on the business of satellite communications from the ground up, provides the only independently compiled rankings of teleport operating companies. The WTA stated, “New to the list and leading the pack with an impressive 120 percent growth rate is Europe Media Port.” During 2009, EMP proved itself able to reliably and effectively provide satellite services and connectivity between Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
