RigNet Partners with Singtel to Provide CyphreLink, a Terrestrial Encrypted Network Service

These two companies will work together to provide their customers with a sophisticated satellite and terrestrial encrypted network service.

RigNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNET), a  communications service provider, announces that it has signed an agreement with Singtel, an Asian communications technology group, to provide customers globally with RigNet’s CyphreLink, the most sophisticated satellite and terrestrial encrypted network service on the market.

CyphreLink is an innovative cybersecurity service that provides fully encrypted location to location communications protection efficiently without impacting network latency or performance. The hardware-based encryption allows military-grade data security, with little to no overhead on the payload. CyphreLink prevents eavesdropping and will reduce the chance of a data breach.

Steven Pickett, CEO and President of RigNet said they are honored to partner with Singtel to bring CyphreLink to the region to enhance cybersecurity for their customers’ satellite links and terrestrial networks. They are committed to providing the industry’s finest end-to-end protection, whether at rest or in motion, and they look forward to helping their customers to achieve that objective.
