NDS Celebrates Indian Milestone With 20 Million Of Their Closest Friends

NDS today announced that in the rapidly growing Indian pay-TV market its technology is providing an enhanced TV viewing experience in 20 million homes. With an industry estimated average of five people per household[1], NDS is enabling a compelling, next-generation TV experience for 100 million viewers; a milestone that reinforces the company’s position as the leading supplier of digital pay-TV solutions in India[2].

NDS has established relationships with leading pay-TV operators throughout the country, including Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV in the DTH sector and DEN, Hathway and the newly announced Darsh Digital and Jak Communications in the cable sector.
