On The Show Floor: NanoSpace & ECAPS At Space Propulsion Exhibition 2016 In Rome


Swedish Space Corporation (SSC) invites attendees that are attending the Space Propulsion event in Rome from May 2 to 6 to meet NanoSpace and ECAPS at booth #3 to hear the latest information regarding the flight proven High Performance Green Propulsion systems from the former and the innovative MEMS-based systems and components from the latter.

Attendees will learn more about these exciting technologies at the planned presentations:

Monday, May 2
4:00 p.m.
Plenary—Primes and operators versus suppliers' views on space propulsion: Spacecraft (M Persson, ECAPS, participates)

Tuesday, May 3
10:20 a.m.—CubeSat testing of Coulomb drag propulsion (T Grönland, as co-author for the Finnish Meteorological Institute )
4:20 p.m.—Space qualification of monopropellant LMP-103S (P Thormählen, ECAPS)
5:00 p.m.—High Performance Green Propulsion—On the way for three launches from three continents (K Anflo, ECAPS)
5:20 p.m.—HPGP®, a flight proven technology selected for multiple LEO missions (M Persson, ECAPS)

Wednesday, May 4
4:40 p.m.—Miniaturized components for satellite propulsion using MEMS technology (T Grönland, NanoSpace)

Thursday, May 5
9:00 a.m.—On the development and demonstration of the NanoSpace CubeSat Propulsion module with closed-loop thrust control (K Palmer, NanoSpace) and Advancing the ADN-based monopropellant thruster family for space flight K Anflo, ECAPS)
10:00 a.m.—Concluding a five year, in-space demonstration of an ADN-based propulsion system on Prisma (K Anflo, ECAPS)
