The Asia Pacific market is greatly serviced by Thuraya since the launch of its third satellite last year and the Company has signed several distribution agreements in key markets such as Australia, Malaysia, Japan and Hong Kong ensuring the presence of Thuraya’s leading products and services in the region.
As well as marketing its portfolio of products, Thuraya’s Executive Manager Business Development Mr. Abdallah Touhami will be presenting at the Maritime Communications and Services panel on the opening day of the event that is taking place from the 16th to the 19th June.

One of them is ThurayaNetted Comms solution which is a unique solution that allows disparate communication tools to access one another cohesively in a closed user group. The other is a Quicklink solution that meets the needs of the media sector and it facilitates the transmission and delivery of extremely low latency, real-time broadcast video. Moreover, Thuraya has a specialized marine terminal that provides voice data, fax and GmPRS capabilities.
