[Satnews] Paradigm is in the process of shipping out multiple VSAT systems for an EU-funded project which will serve more than 50 countries in the developing African market.
The African program has been set up to enable improved management of the environment at continental, regional and national levels throughout the region.
Paradigm has Europe’s largest SATCOM warehouse based in Alton, UK, which has ensured a reliable and rapid response to this requirement; equipment for the first shipment was consolidated, individually crated, shipped and ready within a few weeks. The remaining order will be dispatched over the next few months as per the project rollout specifications.
Multiple complete terminals (2.4 meter and 3.7 meter antennas) are included in the requirement along with spare components and specialized RF components to enhance signal reception.
“We are pleased to have been selected for this key overseas program. It highlights some of the value we provide to our customers – utilizing our in-house engineering design and expertise to provide complete VSAT systems, organizing project delivery to tight timescales and providing logistic services,” said Laura Holloway, Head of Sales at Paradigm.
