
Within these regions, SeaMobile is a key supplier of satellite-based communications services for NGOs, government institutions, oil and gas, and mining companies. With this imminent acquisition, CETel will expand its service portfolio and customer base to consolidate its market position in Africa and the Middle East as well as in the mobile and maritime business.
The acquisition will allow CETel to combine the expertise of both companies and to provide customers with strong system integration capabilities and best-in-class end-to-end solutions. Furthermore, it will further strengthen their position in the Middle East and African markets. The migration of all involved services and personnel is expected to be finished by the end of the second quarter this year.
