Absorb The Expertise With Leading Government + Military Presenters During The 31st Space Symposium


[SatNews] The Space Foundation’s annual Space Symposium is the single most important global space conference for connecting government, military and industry decision makers.

The 31st Space Symposium will be held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, April 13-16. The 2015 agenda includes two classified tracks—Cyber 1.5 on Monday, and Wednesday’s Space Classified program. The Technical Track program introduced last year has been expanded for 2015, and Wednesday’s concurrent sessions have grown from four to eight.

Top civil and military space leaders from the U.S. are confirmed to speak, including:

  • Maj. Gen. Charles F. Bolden, Jr., USMC (Ret.), Administrator, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)
  • Robert Cardillo, Director, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)

  • Gen. John E. Hyten, USAF, Commander, Air Force Space Command
  • The Honorable Deborah Lee James, Secretary of the Air Force

Cyber 1.5 Classified
For 2015, the Cyber 1.5 conference is classified, and U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI security clearance are required for registration. Cyber 1.5 will be held on Monday, April 13, with featured speakers:

  • Congressman James Frederick "Jim" Bridenstine, (R-OK)
  • Joseph M. Demarest, Jr., Assistant Director, Cyber Division, U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation
  • Kristina Harrington, Director of Signals Intelligence Directorate, National Reconnaissance Office
  • Jim Richberg, National Intelligence Manager for Cyber, Office of Director of National Intelligence
  • Maj. Gen. Burke E. "Ed" Wilson, Commander, 24th Air Force

 

Space Classified Program
The 31st Space Symposium's Space Classified program on Wednesday, April 15, allows attendees to join space professionals in a classified track focused on space security. U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI security clearance are required for registration. Featured speakers are:
