Good news in today's economy, C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. [TSXV: CMI] received an order for a number of iNetVu Mobile systems from its reseller, Numix Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. The mobile satellite antenna systems are going to be
deployed by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) for its mobile retail outlet, which will comprise a fleet of vehicles fully customized to operate as a “
one stop centre” for its
sales and marketing activities.
“We are very pleased that TM has selected the
iNetVu Mobile for these applications. The antenna systems have been extensively tested in the tropical climates of Malaysia by our reseller as well as their customer. Being able to demonstrate ease of use and high reliability was a key factor in TM selecting our product,” said
Leslie Klein,

“
Numix Engineering being an ICT system integrator and through its partnership with TM is now becoming a
leading Ku Band satellite service provider in Malaysia and South East Asia. The iNetVu Mobile antennas fit perfectly with our business model. Using this well designed high performance product
we were able to close in a very short time a number of high profile deals. We are actively marketing the C-COM manufactured iNetVu’s to the military, government agencies and to commercial customers interested in this technology across South East Asia,” said Mr.
A. Razak,
CEO of Numix Engineering Sdn Bhd.
“C-COM was one of the participants in a
provincially-sponsored telecom trade mission to South East Asia in 2008. This trade mission was of great benefit to the company and has helped in securing this new contract,” said
Sandra Pupatello,

his is an example of how our government is working to strengthen the economy – helping Ontario companies become more competitive at home while growing their business abroad.”
