Ship Shape — NMEA Votes KVH Sat TV Antennas the Best, Again

KVH M3st Each year members of the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) recognize those products that they feel offer the best value, performance, and customer satisfaction in several categories. KVH Industries, Inc., again set the pace for marine entertainment products with the TracVision® M3ST satellite TV system. This is the second consecutive NMEA Industry Award for KVH in the Entertainment category, and is the 11th consecutive year that a TracVision system has won this honor.

“Receiving our 11th consecutive NMEA Industry Award is something we are very proud of,” says Jim George, KVH’s director of satellite sales. “It shows that KVH’s support of our dealer network has been, and continues to be, superior to that of our competitors, and that KVH is a company that people want to do business with. We are honored that these talented marine electronics professionals hold us in such high regard.”

KVH tracVision The 14"-diameter TracVision M3ST, an in-motion system that includes KVH’s deluxe mobile 12V DIRECTV® receiver, helped open the marine market for satellite TV aboard boats as small as 30 feet, bringing satellite TV entertainment to a largely untapped segment of the boating market and expanding business opportunities for dealers. KVH’s family of 14" TracVision satellite TV systems enable small boat owners to enjoy their favorite Ku-band DIRECTV programming when cruising as far as 200 miles offshore.

Some of the innovations of TracVision M3ST are features like KVH’s exclusive RingFire™ technology, which offers reception and coverage previously only available with 18"-diameter systems. The TracVision M3ST also features a single cable installation, integrated 12V DIRECTV receiver, and backlit RF remote control. With everything but the TV screen and a DIRECTV subscription included in the box, the TracVision M3ST is a convenient and easy to use satellite TV solution.
