The ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Standard is recognized as the world’s most successful standard adopted by more than one million organizations across 178 countries. ISO 9001:2008 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management systems and is based on the principles of leadership, process and system approach, fact-based decision making, continual improvement and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

For the certification, the team at iDirect Asia, comprised of various key functions, has worked rigorously to establish the quality management systems, carry out initial assessments of the processes and procedures and undergo pre-audit and final audit, all of which helped the organization meet the quality management standards laid out under ISO.
