Services included in the offer provide users in England and Wales with download speeds of up to 20Mbps in any location, no matter how remote. The solution uses capacity from leading satellite operator SES and utilises equipment from Newtec, a specialist in satellite communications.

Customers taking advantage of the deal will save £229 compared to usual sign-up fees. Anyone who requires satellite internet across England or Wales, as well as Northern Ireland, Scottish Borders and the Republic of Ireland, and signs up for a 12-month subscription is eligible.

Mike Locke, Satellite Internet Managing Director, said: “Across the UK, even in today’s digital age, numerous people still don’t have reliable, high-speed Internet service, leaving them unable to access vital online services. For these people, satellite broadband provides a consistent and fast connection. We are pleased to be able to make this even more accessible with our free equipment offer.”

Satellite Internet partners with SES Techcom Services to deliver high-speed satellite broadband services across the UK and Ireland.

The free equipment offer will run throughout spring and is available to any new customer signing up for packages with 20GB or more data allowance for a minimum of 12 months. New users wanting a 30-day subscription can also take advantage of reduced equipment costs of £40 on packages with a data allowance of 20GB or more.
