[SatNews] Advantech Wireless Inc. has successfully completed the deployment of a turnkey solution, including its high power SapphireBlu(tm) Series of UltraLinear(tm) GaN technology based SSPAs, for a major military customer in Latin America.
The solution included the deployment of the first Hub Earth station to access MEXSAT’s newest member of the fleet, MEXSAT-3 (Bicentenario), and the powerful, redundant combination of Advantech Wireless’s 500W C-band UltraLinear™ GaN based SSPAs integrated with one 9.3m antenna. The remote antennas and RF subsystems were also provided as part of this contract.
