SES S.A. (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG) announces the completion of the acquisition of the remaining shares in O3b Networks. Consequently, SES now owns 100 percent of O3b and will fully consolidate the company in SES’s financial accounts from this date forward.
