Network Innovations and Rock Seven are RockStars and on Track with New Tracking Technology Partnership

Rock Seven's recent agreement with Network Innovations (NI) enables NI to provide a suite of asset-tracking solutions that deliver a strong Return on Investment (ROI) to its customers.

The agreement involves UK-based Iridium satcom specialist, Rock Seven, which will supply Network Innovations Inc. (“NI”)  with the field hardware for NI’s expansion into IoT applications in the aviation, maritime, government and land mobile sectors.

RockBLOCK products can be directly integrated with OEM solutions

RockAIR and RockFLEET ensure delivery of customer ROI by enabling least cost-routing of location and sensor data from any point on Earth. The handheld RockSTAR two-way messenger draws upon the Iridium satellite constellation to ensure full two-way communication even when users are out of terrestrial network range.

Additionally, the RockBLOCK enables NI to directly integrate with OEM solutions and enable the OEMs to improve the value of their products and services to their customers.

Network Innovations’ vertical market portfolio will greatly expand as a result of its partnership with Rock Seven by incorporating RockAIR, RockFLEET, RockStar and RockBLOCK into a suite of value-added tracking and IoT solutions. The many featured, dual-mode Iridium/cellular RockAIR and RockFLEET tracking devices enable improved aircraft, vehicle tracking and vessel/fleet optimization.

David Wigglesworth, Vice President of IoT & Aviation for Network Innovations said that by utilizing Rock Seven’s hardware platforms, they are able to deliver complete IoT solutions to their customers faster. While the hardware is designed for specific vertical markets, it contains a common core for configuration and programming which enables them to reduce the costs and timeline to develop their customer solutions. Enabling customers to achieve strong Return on Investment is a core part of Network Innovations’ strategy to deliver IoT solutions that drive customer value. The high-quality Rock Seven products, RockAIR, RockFLEET, RockSTAR and RockBLOCK range, will enable NI to focus on developing value added software and integration that completes end-to-end customer solutions.

Nick Farrell, Director, Rock Seven is optimistic about the partnership saying that they're pleased and excited to be teaming up with Network Innovations. NI has a long history and large global customer base in commercial and government entities. Their push into IoT solutions makes NI a perfect partner to team with supplying their hardware as NI delivers complete end-customer solutions. Their focus on hardware enables each of them to focus on their core strengths and combine their expertise to deliver world class IoT solutions.
