The steps taken for the licensing involved SWE-DISH's Suitcase CCT90 being rigorously tested and working closely with satellite operators to ensure compliance with current FCC requirements as detailed in CFR Title 47 Part 25. The Suitcase CCT90 and the proven SWE-DISH IPT Suitcase are the only mobile broadband satellite terminals with sub-one meter antennas that have been awarded an FCC license. The SWE-DISH IPT Suitcase has also previously received type approvals from Intelsat (IA097AA0), Eutelsat (EA-V042), and Europe*Star (ES-ME-39).
