Bridge Technologies' 2011 program of user training courses continues on June 21-22 with another Train the Trainers course at its Oslo headquarters. In addition to the content covered in previous courses, the June event will address new developments in the system, including automatic probe detection by the VBC controller, using the new VB242 ASI input option, and new alarms for conditions such as color freeze.
Train the Trainer courses complement the BridgeTech Academy's operator training courses by giving customers and distribution partners in-depth expertise for training their own staff in-house. The series of courses equip operators with a full understanding of the key factors necessary to master monitoring and service quality control issues.
Developed in response to the demand from digital media operators, the BridgeTech Academy provides technical personnel with the multidisciplinary operational expertise necessary for a complete understanding of the entire digital TV delivery chain and the VideoBRIDGE advanced monitoring environment. Training courses are provided at Bridge Technologies' Oslo headquarters using a complete onsite transmission chain created for training and testing, or by arrangement at the operator's facility.
