PolarSat... Flight Furtherance (SATCOM)

[SatNews] PolarSat Inc. has received multiple orders for continued expansion of an existing Air Traffic Network in Asia.

The successful operation of the network drove the growth of this network and the equipment is for immediate delivery and the orders total more than $1 million USD. This network has been operating for a number of years and the expansion highlights the VSAT networks key role in an overall air traffic control network. This equipment carries VHF voice, Radar, air tasking orders, and a variety of other traffic in a full mesh configuration. PolarSat VSATPlus solution supports this ongoing expansion without affecting existing sites or their traffic. The VSATPlus family of terminals provides hubless mesh connectivity that is easy to expand and continues PolarSat’s 25+ years of satellite modem experience in providing a robust and reliable MF-TDMA, full mesh, hubless product.
