The Satellite Broadcasting & Communications Association (SBCA) has announced Carl Gould, author of “The 7 Stages of Small Business Success”, as the keynote speaker on October 26th at 1:00 p.m. ET at SBCA SkyFORUM 2011. Gould will explain the importance of building rapport with customers and how satellite industry professionals can use tips when closing a sale. Using this method with similar professionals all over the world, Gould’s presentation will be education for seasoned and new professionals alike. Attendees will have access to over nine hours of online sessions at no charge over the two day event. Starting at 10:00 a.m. ET on October 26th with a presentation from an FCC Senior Attorney, and ending with information on the importance of connectivity in the consumer satellite industry at 7:00 p.m. ET on the 27th.
