Also, SIA’s Army Commercial SATCOM Users’ Workshop will be conducted during the event. This workshop links the Army end-user community with the commercial satellite industry that provides critical SATCOM capabilities for the Army warfighter. DoD and industry leaders participate in a full-day of interactive sessions focusing on space capacity and services requirements for Army SATCOM users. Panels also explore emerging SATCOM technologies and applications to address shifting on-the-ground requirements and changing budgetary and bandwidth realities.
