[SatNews] L-3 Communications Corp., Salt Lake City, Utah, has been awarded a $23,115,046 Basic Ordering Agreement order (0005) to previously awarded contract FA8620-13-G-4051.
The contractor will provide satellite communications terminals, Predator modem assembly, remote split operations racks, 70MHz-to-fiber optic converters, and test and monitor subsystems. Work will be performed at Salt Lake City, Utah, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2016. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2012 and 2013 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $23,115,046 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Fiscal 2012 and 2013 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $20,306,274 are being obligated at the time of award.
