AFCEA WEST 2012 America's Military At The Crossroads


[SatNews] An upcoming show will explore the satellite requirements and challenges unique to the Navy, Coast Guard and Marines.

San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, CA will play host to the AFCEA WEST 2012 from January 24 - 26, 2012. On-line registration is available for the Satellite Industry Association’s (SIA’s) 2012 Navy SATCOM Workshop @ WEST 2012.  Visit for on-line registration, agenda updates and up-to-date information on the workshop. 

This focused workshop brings together leaders from Naval and the Maritime services with satellite industry executives to explore the satellite requirements and challenges unique to the Navy, Coast Guard and Marines.  Join U.S. Government participants from the DoD Combatant Commands, Services and agencies, as well as commercial satellite operators, service providers, ground equipment suppliers, and manufacturers.  Past briefers include: AFRICOM, EUCOM, SOCOM, SOUTHCOM, STRATCOM, CENTCOM, TRANSCOM, OSD/NII, DISA, NSSO, Army, Marine Corp, White House Communications Agency, SPAWAR, and many, many more.
