Work under the multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support land, ship-to-ship, ship-to-shore, shore-to-ship and aeronautical communications worldwide. DISA selected the incumbent awardees on a sole-source basis and the Pentagon said awardees were considered small businesses at the time of the original award, but are now considered large businesses. The agency also selected Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) to provide engineering services for a global information sharing network, extending that company’s support for the network for another five years.
