Asia’s 280 million subscription television subscribers are served by more than 500 pay-TV networks scrambling to serve almost 100 pay-TV platforms and 3 billion consumers. During the Convention, there is a “must attend” back-to-basics debate for Asia Pacific regional industry leaders to deconstruct the building blocks for revenue generating linear pay-TV services, including subscription and advertising. The Convention panelists will also examine the new generation of Asian pay-TV platforms such as IPTV in terms of costing, pricing models and government regulation.
