[SatNews] a.i. solutions has been named Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center as part of the agency’s annual Small Business Industry Award (SBIA) program.

The award is one of three given annually in contractor categories by each of NASA’s individual flight centers and research labs. The other two categories are for small business sub-contractor and large business prime contractor. The award makes a.i. solutions a candidate for NASA’s agency-level SBIA, to be announced at an awards ceremony in Washington, DC, on Dec. 1. The awards are managed by NASA’s Office of Small Business Programs to encourage the highest level of professionalism among the many companies providing services to the agency. The awards recognize high performance on NASA contracts, responsiveness to customer requirements, and innovative practices that promote small business participation in the initiatives that NASA undertakes.
