On The Cairo ICT Show Floor — Arabsat Satellites In The Spotlight


Being conducted from the 27th through the 30th of November in Egypt is the Cairo International Telecommunication & Information Technology Conference & Exhibition at the Cairo International Convention Center... and Arab Satellite Communication Organization—Arabsat—will be fully participating with this event.

Eng./Khalid Ben Ahmed Balkhyour, the President & CEO of Arabsat, stated that his company's participation in Cairo ICT this year is to showcase Arabsat's new satellites capabilities that were designed with state-of-art broadcasting technology to offer solutions to the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. He added the Arabsat will continue to make certain the firm maintains its status as the best choice in providing all of their customers' needs in satellite broadcasting and telecommunication services.

Balkhyour added that “We maintain good ties with the Egyptian market including both the public and the private sector. We work hard to keep up with the increasing demand of our customers' needs in Egypt and the whole African continent, making sure that Arabsat will maintain its status as the best choice that provide all its customers’ needs in satellite broadcasting & Telecommunication services.”

Of note is that the Egyptian Bouquet is now broadcast over Arabsat satellite 5-C in the orbital slot at 20 degrees East to cover the entirety of Africa and includes the Egyptian Satellite Channel, Egyptian Satellite Channel USA, Nile Drama, Nile Life, Nile Sport, Nile News and Nile TV International as well as the Public Program, EL-Quran EL-Karim and The Arab Voice radio channels.
