Globecomm Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM), a provider of SATCOM infrastructure solutions and services around the world, announced the Company is launching a Teaming Agreement with KEYW Corporation, an engineering company serving the Intelligence, Surveillance and Special Military communities, to work together and leverage both companies capabilities.

This relationship offers Globecomm the opportunity to work with KEYW within the Intelligence, Surveillance and Special Military communities and complements Globecomm’s existing end-to-end solutions. In addition, this should provide a growth opportunity into new markets for the Company’s wholly-owned Information Technology Professional Services subsidiary, Cachendo.
