....Keith Buckley, President and CEO of ASC Signal Corporation, as the Chairman of the Board, and of Michael Aloisi, Vice President, Technology, Satellite & Affiliate Services for Viacom, as President. Mr. Buckley, who formerly served as SSPI President, succeeds outgoing Chairman Clayton Mowry, President of Arianespace, Inc.
In addition to these appointments, SSPI announced the re-election by the membership of two Board members and Officers. Dianne VanBeber, Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications, for Intelsat, serves as SSPI’s Secretary. Christopher Stott, Chairman and CEO of Mansat, serves as SSPI’s Vice President for Education.
“During my time leading the Board,” said outgoing Chairman Clay Mowry, “I have been privileged to serve with an amazing group of people, who give their time to ensure that our industry has access to the talent it needs for success. We are very fortunate to have Keith and Mike in the top leadership positions going forward, and to have the continued service of leaders like Dianne and Chris.”
SSPI’s Board represents a cross-section of the commercial satellite business, from manufacturing to launch to services, and from one side of the globe to the other. Continuing their terms on the Board are:
