Internet, telephone and television services will be provided via Tupac Katari (TKSAT-1), a telecommunications satellite that is expected to launch this year aboard a Chang Zheng 3B/E (CZ-3B/E) booster from the Xichang Space Center in Sichuan, China. The satellite will pack 30 transponders and is being built by China Great Wall Industry Corporation with a projected 15 years of service.
