Hughes Europe, operating subsidiary of the global leader in satellite broadband solutions, Hughes Network Systems, LLC (Hughes), will join GMC at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, to be held at Port Hercule, Monaco, France from 21 to 24 September. GMC, the specialist provider of high-quality communications for merchant and private vessels, will showcase its robust solutions using Hughes advanced broadband satellite technology and services. “In looking to strengthen our reseller base, this event provides the ideal opportunity to showcase our innovative and highly cost-effective communications solutions,” says GMC’s Andreas Evans. “Together with Hughes Europe’s robust broadband satellite technology and maritime services, we can offer potential distribution partners state-of-the- art connectivity for the increasing requirements of a growing segment of the maritime market.”

Hughes Maritime Broadband Services satisfies the market’s demands for high-availability broadband connectivity with specified Quality of Service (QoS) and Committed Information Rates (CIR).
