There has been a delay of the Proton M Breeze M vehicle with the Inmarsat-4 F3 satellite aboard, according to International Flight Services. Time is required to replace and retest an electrical component on the launcher. It was during prelaunch testing in Baikonur that a problem was discovered with the flight computer on the Breeze M's upper stage, with the computer replaced over the weekend. Specialists will thoroughly check out the new component and the launch will be delayed by just a matter of days. A new target launch date will be announced later this week when the testing has been completed.
