[SatNews] PCI Geomatics has signed an extended technology license agreement with Rolta India Limited. Under the terms of the agreement, Rolta will develop geo-imaging products and solutions using core PCI Geomatics/Rolta technologies for release to the global market.

Using PCI’s advanced geo-imaging technology, Rolta will now be able to offer world-class products and solutions for processing satellite imagery in areas such as environmental modeling, forestry and natural resources, emergency planning and management, agriculture, security and defense. The agreement also includes ongoing collaboration for PCI Geomatics expertise, which will facilitate Rolta to jump-start development of additional state-of-the-art imaging solutions that will augment its portfolio of offerings in the geospatial space, further strengthening Rolta’s solid reputation in this field worldwide.
