Yahsat's YahClick Upsurge In Pakistan

One of the largest data network operators in Pakistan is Pak Datacom Limited... the firm covers some 55 cities across that nations and specializes in end-to-end data communication solutions though satellite, optical fiber and radio technologies—and the firm has signed on with UAE-based satellite operator, Yahsat, to provide satellite broadband service YahClick to additional users throughout the country.

Since the launch in Pakistan in 2015, YahClick has already been connecting individuals and businesses across urban and rural areas. The partnership with Pak Datacom will further facilitate the provision of high-speed connectivity to niche segments within the country that are currently underserved by traditional terrestrial and VSAT based satellite services.

Customers that include government, military and enterprise market segments require dependable service and rapid deployment, and these needs are ensured through YahClick. Users have access to high-speed Internet for activities that include backup links, surveillance, and connectivity. YahClick offerings are also supplemented with in-country technical, operational and customer care from Pak Datacom Limited.

David Murphy, Chief Commercial Officer, Yahsat, related that his firm has renewed their commitment of bringing SATCOM to countries across the Middle East, Africa Central and South West Asia region and they continue to increase their foothold with new service partnerships, this being their fourth service partnership in Pakistan.
