The World Teleport Association announced the appointment of a new Chairman and Secretary General to lead the Board of Directors, as well as of a new member of the Board representing the EMEA region. At its March Board meeting, M. Brett Belinsky, Strategy & Business Development Director for Arqiva Broadcast & Media, was named as Chairman, with Norberto Alvarez Vitale, CEO of Teleport Internacional Buenos Aires, as its Secretary General and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Belinsky takes the reins from Chris Russell, Co-founder of Teleport London International and partner in Henley Partners International, who is stepping down at the end of his second and final term on WTA’s Board. Mr. Alvarez replaces Mr. Belinsky, who served previously as acting Secretary General.
