[SatNews] There's a new version now available for a leading geolocation system...

Integral Systems, Inc., (NASDAQ: ISYS) has announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RT Logic, has introduced a new version of its satID® Geolocation System. The satID Geolocation System is recognized as the market’s leading geolocation product. It is used globally by a majority of commercial, government and military satellite operators to mitigate against the disruptive and costly effects of satellite interference. It has been designed to meet the unique needs of its customers and comes in a range of price points to match end-user requirements. satID version 2.7 provides an array of increased capabilities, including:
  • Increased RF Mitigation Capabilities – last year, Integral Systems released satID Expert with Monics®, the industry’s most accurate integrated, all-in-one signal monitoring, detection and geolocation system
  • This update to satID offers even tighter integration with Monics from SAT Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integral Systems, resulting in unparalleled measurement setup capability, thus reducing the time from initial interference identification to an accurate geolocation result
  • Greater Accuracy – refinements to core satID algorithms provide improved geolocation accuracy. The result is even faster interference incident mitigation and increased end-user satisfaction
  • Improved Processing and System Performance – efficiency improvements cut in half the processing time of Integral Systems’ patented Ephemeris Error Correction (EECTM) capability, significantly reducing time-to-result. Additional enhancements, including new intelligent data handling for optimized storage and rapid data-set transfer enable customers to resolve interference incidents faster
  • satID System Monitoring with COMPASS™ – satID is now available with integrated best-in-class COMPASSTM Network Management Software (NMS) from Newpoint Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integral Systems. The integration allows satID systems to be more effectively managed remotely, with network and system component health and status information available at a glance. This is especially valuable for systems in remote and unmanned locations
The satID Geolocation System is an accurate, fast, scalable, all-in-one solution for locating ground-to-satellite transmission sources. Powerful, flexible and modular, satID uniquely blends complex science and algorithms with sophisticated hardware and Digital Signal Processing (DSP). The result is an easy-to-use, intuitive and cost-effective package for locating and identifying interference sources due to equipment failure, operator error, intentional jamming and unauthorized users. The Integral Systems family of solution providers, including RT Logic, will be exhibiting at the Satellite 2011 Conference taking place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C., March 15 through 17. Please visit booth #557 for more information.
