[Satnews] The Russian news agency, TASS, is reporting that Russian Space Systems (RSS) has completed work to create the domestic navigation system GLONASS.

GLONASS has now passed the system for final tests to the client, Russia’s Defense Ministry, RSS director general Andrey Tyulin said. "During tests, the client voiced certain remarks to us that we took into account, and on November 5, tests were resumed… We are making all efforts to complete the work. And we hope very much that the system will be accepted into service following the tests," Tyulin told the Izvestiya newspaper.
