[SatBroadcasting(tm)] Arqiva, on behalf of Cineworld, has provided complete transmission services for the launch of Believe: The Eddie Izzard Story in their UK Cinemas. Arqiva’s SNG/Production-facilities truck was deployed to the Cineworld Cinema on Haymarket where it played out and uplinked the film to satellites, including Arqiva’s Digital Cinema Platform on IS905. The truck then provided HD filming and uplinking of the live Q&A session with Eddie Izzard, hosted by Phil Jupitus, in front of a celebrity audience. The complete event was downlinked and screened by nearly fifty Cineworld cinemas around the UK on 18 November.
