Boeing... Signing On For SBSS Support (Satellite)

[SatNews] The Boeing Company, Seal Beach, California, has been awarded a $10,892,553 cost-plus-award-fee contract modification (P00061) for contractor logistic support, analysis, and Type III anomaly support for the Space Based Space Surveillance Block 10 System.

This modification provides for the exercise of an option for these services, which are provided under the basic contract. Fiscal 2013 Operations and Maintenance funds in the amount of $1,979,097 are being obligated at time of award. Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by December 20, 2013. Space and Missile Systems Center/Space Superiority Directorate, Los Angeles, Calif., is the contracting activity (FA8819-08-C-0006).
