Of SatBroadcasting™ Interest: Moving On Up—Artel names Domorski To Lead Firm On An Interim Basis

[SatNews] Artel, LLC, has appointed Paul B. Domorski interim president and chief executive officer, effective immediately—Domorski succeeds Ted Hengst who has decided to leave the company to pursue other interests.

Since joining Artel in November 2012, Hengst quickly developed a strategic roadmap for the company and significantly improved and streamlined operations and processes to position Artel for growth. His unrelenting focus on Artel's customers' success has ensured the company's position as the largest bandwidth provider to the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. Throughout his career, Domorski has led several U.S-based companies during inflection points. He built Europe's largest Solutions business, Syncordia, a multibillion dollar network management, outsourcing and application business; he headed Unisys services business in EMEA; and he led the globalization of Avaya's network footprint for VOIP and network services around the world.

Domorski earned a bachelor of science degree in political science and American studies and a master of science degree in Public Administration from the American University, and a master of science degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Since 1986, Artel has delivered a full portfolio of satellite and terrestrial network communications and infrastructure, cyber security, risk management and IT solutions.
