The Fast 50 annual listing of Norway's preeminent technology companies was selected by international accounting and consultancy firm Deloitte. Each year for more than a decade, Deloitte has scrutinized companies all over the world in order to compile national lists of the 50 fastest growing companies. Winners are based on percentage revenue growth over the preceding five years. The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards honor innovation and entrepreneurship in the technology sector. To be eligible, a company must produce technology, manufacture technology-related products, be technology-intensive, use unique technology to solve problems, or devote a high percentage of effort to research and development.
