Kentucky... Phone Possessor Gets Cuffs Slapped On (SatCom)

[SatNews] Police say they found a stolen iPhone, and, once again, satellite technology was used to pinpoint the alleged perpetrator.

According to an arrest report, a Louisville man called the police to report that his iPhone had been stolen while he was attending a child's graduation ceremony. Fortunately, police say, they were able to use an application called Find My iPhone to locate the device. The app provided real-time GPS coordinates of the iPhone, leading police to 35-year-old Ricky McNabb of Louisville. Police say the iPhone was in McNabb's left shorts pocket. The victim was able to identify the iPhone by providing the passcode on the lock. McNabb was charged with receipt of stolen property. (Source: FOX41.com)
