Christine Bailey, senior vice president and chief financial officer at L-3 MPRI
L-3 MPRI, a global provider of integrated training solutions, announced today it has appointed Christine Bailey as senior vice president and chief financial officer reporting to L-3 MPRI president John Craddock. Ms. Bailey is responsible for directing the organization’s financial planning, accounting, and contractual practices as well as its relationships with other L-3 divisions and corporate entities, vendors, customers and regulatory agencies.
Ms. Bailey has more than 25 years of experience working for government contracting companies as well as non-governmental organizations. Most recently she served as senior vice president and CFO for Vangent, Inc., where she led the company’s divestiture effort and raised $190 million to partially finance the sale of the company. Ms. Bailey also formerly served as senior vice president and CFO for DynCorp Systems and Solutions LLC, a $1 billion government contracting company. Prior to that she was vice president of finance at Litton PRC and vice president and executive director of finance at Advanced Technology, Inc. Ms. Bailey received a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from Virginia Tech.
