....resigned as Executive Chairman of the Corporation as IDC continues to focus its attention on its existing business units, while deemphasizing its business acquisition strategy previously that was announced in December 2010. Mr. Adamou will continue to serve IDC as a director and Chairman of the Board. Frank Ruffolo, IDC’s lead director, stated “we would like to thank Adam for his work as our Executive Chairman and we look forward to working with Adam in his continuing role as a director and Chairman of IDC as we focus on IDC’s core business strengths”.
